    Created from the ground up a new digital experience department to comprehensively develop, design, build and implement omni-channel marketing experiences online, through e-blasts, websites, apps and through a network of digital video screens at the store level.

    Worked directly with the existing creative group and business units to develop compelling content that engages audiences through multiple channels and venues ensuring that a consistent marketing message exists in both print and digital environments.

    Managed and developed in-depth analytical reporting to monitor and report digital marketing effectiveness and direct sales impact through the use of advanced metric tools and analytical software.

    Planned and oversaw the execution of over 1,800 digital signage screens in retail locations in 12 months. Implemented content management that allows real time health monitoring of the hardware and to design and create content that can be distributed across the screens with pinpoint targeting to division, district and specific store level messaging.


    Implemented on-going A/B testing for all digital initiatives to track true ROI on company marketing programs. Increased sales lift by 12-18% in locations that had the digital signage installed.

    Worked closely with our NASCAR and NBA sponsorship programs to create and manage creative marketing initiatives.
